RESERVE CHURCH FORM

You are required to clean up after the event and make sure that everything is placed back the way it was. You are also required to make sure that you report any damage to the property during the event and make sure all lights are off when finished.

The cost is $75.00 (Seventy Five Dollars) for visitors. Church members and family are free of charge.
